Guide for the Campus Parent – Annual Update

About Online Registration

Infinite Campus Online Registration (OLR) is the system our schools use to collect important household or student updates for the upcoming school year. The OLR window opens during the summer for parents.

Families can update:

  • Address and phone number changes
  • Emergency contacts
  • And more

Parents/Guardians of students currently enrolled in Somers CSD must log into the Campus Parent Portal to access online registration. If you do not have an account, you can request one by completing this form.

STEP 1 – Accessing Online Registration

Visit: Campus Parent Portal

Use a desktop or laptop and disable pop-up blockers. Once logged in:

  • Click More in the left-hand menu
  • Select Online Registration > 2025–2026 Annual Update
  • Click Begin Registration

💡 Tip: Only guardians in the designated Primary Household can complete the update. If one guardian starts the process, others cannot access it.

*Note: “Primary Household” is a system setting, not a legal designation. In shared custody, one household must be marked as Primary.

STEP 2 – Begin the Annual Update Application

Select your language (English or Spanish). Type and sign your name digitally, then click Submit. Then click the Begin button to start.

STEP 3 – Update Each Section

Section 1 – Student’s Primary Household
Update address, phone, and mailing information. Review and sign district agreements (Technology Use, FERPA, Media Opt-Out). Click Save/Continue when done.

💡 Tip: If no changes are needed, click Next to proceed.

Section 2 – Parent/Guardian
Update parent/guardian contact information. Yellow highlights indicate missing information — click Incomplete to update. Click Save/Continue to proceed.

📞 Tip: If a parent/guardian is missing, contact your school’s Registrar.

Section 3 – Emergency Contacts
Add contacts (not parents/guardians) to be reached in emergencies. Use the Add New Emergency Contact button. Click Save/Continue when complete.

🧩 Tip: Add one contact at a time. Use contact sequence 9 or 10 for non-household contacts to avoid unintended communication.

Section 4 – Student
Update student demographics, contact sequence, relationships, health conditions, and medications. Click Edit/Review for highlighted fields. Click Save/Continue when complete.

💡 Tip: If no changes are needed, click Next to skip sections.

STEP 4 – Complete & Submit the Annual Update

Review district info and check the acknowledgment box. Provide your digital signature again, then click Save/Continue.

From the Completed section, you may:

  • Download your Application Summary (PDF)
  • Review or go back to your application
  • Click Submit when ready
