Welcome to ELA 7 - The focus of the class is to build a community that centers around living literate lives.  Being literate in today's world is a critical and necessary skill.  Social media has created an efficient and effective way to communicate.  This year, in ELA, students will be learning the skills needed to be able to read, write, listen and speak effectively.  Here, we will learn these skills through explicit mini lessons, modeling and practice so that they become habits for life long learning.
