    SENIOR NAMES PROJECT

    Names of all seniors will be displayed on the digital sign at the front of the school. Students and their families can stop by for a photo op in front of the sign. Please see the schedule listed by last name.

    Please note - we will replay all senior names from June 12 - June 20 for any student unavailable on their assigned date.

    TABLET RETURN:

    Graduation is fast approaching! If your tablet is not needed for classwork, homework, or testing, please turn it in to the Gear Shack as soon as possible. If your tablet has been misplaced or if you have questions, please complete THIS form and someone from the Gear Shack will contact you.

    PLEASE NOTE: In order to receive your cap and gown, your tablet MUST be returned to the Gear Shack.

    You can pay for tickets on My School Bucks or bring cash/check (made out to the class of 2023) to the Student Life Center with permission slips. We are collecting money until Monday, May 8th.

    You can find these forms included here! Students and a parent or guardian need to sign it and return it to the Student Life Center. If your child is bringing a guest from outside the district, they will have to fill out an additional form (see below)! ALL PEOPLE ATTENDING PROM MUST FILL OUT AND HAVE A SIGNED PERMISSION FORM!

    Senior Graduation Trip

    Location: Six Flags Great Adventure

    Date: June 2, 2023

    Time: 10:00AM - 9:00PM

    **Permission form must be signed by Friday, March 31st**

    The Senior Graduation trip for the Class of 2023 is finally HERE! 

    The Six Flags trip will take place on Friday, June 2 from 10am-9pm. 

    All students will be REQUIRED to take the bus to and from SHS to Six Flags Great Adventure in New Jersey

    (NO EXCEPTIONS).

    Trip Fees:

    $105 for students who HAVE NOT paid class dues. 

      • Those who have not paid class dues should use THIS LINK to purchase tickets.

    $85 for students who HAVE paid class dues. 

      • Those who have paid class dues should use THIS LINK to purchase tickets.  *this link will not be accessible if dues have not been paid*

    This trip will take place RAIN or SHINE! There will be NO REFUNDS!

    Senior Class Ice Skating Trip

    Location: Bear Mountain State Park

    Date: February 16, 2023

    Time:  9:00AM to 2:00 PM

     **The ParentSquare permission form must be signed by 2/1/23 **

    Cost for Student: $25 via MySchoolBucks: PAY HERE!  

    The cost will cover skate rentals and transportation. Please pack your own lunch!*Students must travel by Royal Coach School Bus to/from this event.

    • Proofs will be sent out approximately two weeks after the sitting.
    • Once they’re available, go to shop.prestigeportraits.com. You will use this site to view the proofs, order, and/or select a yearbook pose.
    • An access code and session number will be provided for access to the images online.
    • Initial set up requires that you set up an account. You will be prompted to enter in your email address, a unique password and your full name.
    • Check the box indicating that you are a Senior/Grad Student. 
    • Click “Save”
    • Click “Get Started”
    • Enter session ID #
    • Enter Access Code (letters in upper case)
    • Click "Add Images"
    • Once the images pull up, there is a tab on top to indicate which pose you would like to use in the Yearbook.
    • Please select a choice with formal wear and NOT a cap and gown photo for the Yearbook, we want continuity in our senior section.
    • Once a "Student Choice" has been selected, you will need to contact us to select a new pose if you change your mind. 
    • Call 800-426-9533 with any problems or to reschedule.

     

    Graduation Name Verification

    Dear Parents and Seniors,

    Please fill out the name form for your diploma which was sent via ParentSquare. Your name will appear EXACTLY as you have entered it on the form. If you would like your diploma to read differently than the name announced at graduation, please indicate so on the form.

    The deadline for filling out this form is January 15th. Please complete it as soon as possible.

    NOTE: ALL SENIORS MUST VERIFY THEIR INFORMATION IS ACCURATE BY SUBMITTING THIS FORM. YOUR DIPLOMA WILL NOT BE ORDERED UNTIL THE FORM IS RECEIVED.

    Each year, the senior class board sponsors a variety of activities to support the class and celebrate our seniors.  In order to make these activities inclusive for all students, we have prepared this list of the events that will potentially take place this year that have costs associated with them to help assist you in your planning.  This list also includes other important items that seniors will be asked to purchase.
